At DNA Tribes, our goal is to provide superior genetic analysis that is informative and enjoyable for our customers.
To help us continually improve the quality of our service, DNA Tribes routinely invites our customers to submit their
ratings and reviews of their testing experiences. Of customers who responded to our survey between January 2006
and August 2008, over 95% gave a positive rating of their experience with DNA Tribes.

To get the most of your analysis, we recommend contacting us at support@dnatribes.com with any questions
about your testing. We are happy to provide follow up assistance in translating technical results into plain English
terms to help you in your personal genetic ancestry research.

    "The DNA kits came with very good instructions. The results came via email, and the customer service rep
    was very good about answering my questions. The website itself was very well laid out, especially
    considering the technical level of DNA testing and molecular biology, not easy for the layperson to
    understand. Probably the average person would find the explanations a little daunting, but the email
    communications with the service rep really did help."

    "I have been very satisfied with DNA Tribes. Ive received very good, knowledgeable, thorough, well written
    responses to my questions, a fast turnaround, and quality information from the genetic population matching.
    This provider is probably the best one for world population matching, as far as I can tell. They have the
    highest number of sampled world populations as they are found on the ground, about 800 . Their reporting
    format is the best, because they separate your matching populations into three main groups - stable native
    populations, then a combination of native and diaspora populations, then a composite regional grouping. In
    this format you can see the story of your history take shape, rather than as a single list... although that single
    list is available too if you want it. They also test your composite DNA with the highest number of markers
    available: 21. Other providers (also good ones) have been testing up to 15. DNA Tribes had tested my
    sample with 13 markers in early November 2007, then updated my profile with 15 markers in late November
    2007, now they re-did my sample for 21 markers in March 2008. The early 13 marker test was in general
    agreement with another test I had done elsewhere, given me a good basis for comparison. Then, watching
    my information be further refined by re-testing with 15 and then 21 markers has been absolutely fascinating
    and exciting. I thoroughly recommend DNA Tribes."
